As iron sharpens iron, you will learn from each other and strengthen both of your organizations. You can learn more in two days actually watching someone work than you will learn in a week of seminars or in reading five books on the subject. Find people with strengths that are better developed than yours, that have been in use longer, that have produced more results. If the strength of your administrative department is computer systems, go find people who are even stronger in information technology.
